Bollinger Band seens to be useful but is quite hard to set parameters for trading cryptos
z=2
but BTC doesnt seem to carry as much volatilities as what i originally anticipated
D-20 -> 1hr of 15secs
notes:
- ask_price and bid_price are different
- market never closes
